Yes, our order system
has been built so that you can order duplicate certificates
of your star registration. Each duplicate certificate
is priced at only £3.00 |

How long does it take for my gift set to arrive? |
| |
Since naming
a star is such a personalised experience your gift set
takes around 1-2 business days to process. Once the gift
set has been processed it is dispatched for delivery
We understand that some customers want
their gift sets faster so we have created a Priority
Handling and Express Delivery option. This means that
your order is jumped to the front of the queue and takes
precedence over standard delivery gift sets.

our gift sets we cannot guarantee the delivery times

be delivered using your own country's postal service or
a specialist parcel carrier. |

Do I need to be in when my gift set is delivered? |

Your Name a Star
gift is dispatched using a signed for postal service,
this means that there needs to be someone at the delivery
address to sign for your gift set
when it is delivered. If you are unable to receive the
gift set at home or unaware whether there will be a signatory
at the delivery address we would recommend specifying
your place of work. |

Do I actually own my star? |

Nobody, actually
'owns' the stars. Naming a star is a timeless and unique
symbolic gift item that is exciting to buy and is treasured
by receivers all around the world.
The service we provide is to record your name against
a specific star in our registry. We handle all the paperwork for you
and you'll receive a beautifully presented gift set
detailing your registration from Astral Dreams. There
are no star naming companies that are able to send you
legal ownership documents or deeds for naming a star.

What name can I give to the star? |

This name
can be almost anything you wish. Names of stars vary from
the name of the person that the star is for, the occasion,
a special event in someone's life, or even a romantic
saying, for example:

The star name you choose will appear
on the certificate of registration, published in our
Star Catalogue and in our online registry.

Will I be able to see the star that I have named? |
| |
We pick the
brightest star still available in the constellation that
you choose, this means that there is a fair chance that
your star will be visible by the naked eye, if not then
a basic pair of binoculars or a telescope maybe required.
Finding stars can be fun and exciting
but where do you start? In your gift set we include
a clear and concise star chart that shows your stars
exact location.

What if there is a mistake or I'm not satisfied? |

Wherever possible
we try to rectify any problems or concerns that you may
have as quickly and as efficiently as possible. If you
are not completely 100% satisfied
with your name a star gift set then you may return it
for a full, hassle free refund (minus shipping costs).
We have a quality control team that verify your gift set
is produced and dispatch in perfect condition, so errors
should be minimal.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of our customer
service manager. |

My gift set has arrived damaged what shall I do? |

We package our gift
sets in the best way possible to prevent damage, however
we do not have any control over how they are treated once
they leave our depot. If your gift set has arrived damaged
then please contact
us as soon as possible and we try to rectify the problem
immediately. |

What are constellations? |
| |
Many of the names
we use today came from the ancient Greeks who named most
of the northern constellations after their gods and heroes.
The larger southern constellations of the sky got their
names from an astronomer named Johan Bayer, he followed
the ancient naming convention, naming most of the constellations
after the sea and it's creatures.
The last 13 were added by a French astronomer, La Caille,
who broke traditional naming and instead named the last
13 after scientific instruments and equipment. Please
